[준비: IELTS] Leader

Leader

I have worked him(leader) since 2019.
His first impression was not very good. Because he looks like scary person.
But soon later I relized hi is not as scary as it looks.
I respect him because of some reasons.

a. He doesn't just ask me to do work, he sets goals looking at the whole thigs. and he act as a counselor when I'm stuck.
b. He always think logically and express it very well in words.
c. He is good at leadiing meetings and involving other memvers to solve problems together.
d. He spend time traing team members.

I want to be like him, but there is no chance to learn more from him.
After October, He is moving to another group.
