Lunch box

I make my lunch box by myself everyday.
It's been almost 7 years now.
I often got diarrhea when I eat outside restaurant eating meat-based food or spicy food. 
because my digestive system is not very well.
Usually I make vegetable-based food for my lunch. It's not only for my health, but also good for environment in a broad sense.
