curse of knowledge

I learned coaching skill today.
It's more difficult then I thought.
I'm not good at teaching or coaching someone because I'm cursed.
Do you know 'curse of knowledge'?
『It's a cognitive bias that occurs when an individual, 
who is communicating with other individuals, 
assumes they have the background knowledge to understand.
For example, In a classroom setting, 
teachers have difficulty 
because they can not put themselves 
in the position of the student.』(wikipedia)
So, I googled the way that how to avoid it.
Among the ways, there are 3 ways I can try.
1. Use examples
2. jargon-less layman's terms
3. real-time feedback

코칭하는 법을 배웠다.
가르치는 것이 힘든 나는 '지식의 저주'에 걸렸다.
지식의 저주란 『어떤 개인이 다른 사람들과 의사소통을 할 때 
다른 사람도 이해할 수 있는 배경을 가지고 있다고 
자신도 모르게 추측하여 발생하는 편견이다.』(위키피디아)
그러면서 왜 설명해줘도 모르냐며 답답할 때가 많다.
이 지식의 저주에서 벗어나기 위한 방법을 찾아보았다.
그 중에 내가 할 수 있는 방법은
1. 예시를 들어서 설명한다.
2. 전문적인 용어를 사용하지 않고 설명한다.
3. 빠른 피드백을 해준다.
