[ISO26262]Introduction of Functional Safety(기능안전 개요)

차량 내에 전기전자(E/E) 부품의 기능들이 많아지고 복잡해질수록 안전, 보안, 네트워크 요구가 많아지고 있다.

의도하지 않은 전기전자 부품의 고장(Systematic Faults, Random Faults), 예측 가능한 오남용에 대해 기능불충분에 따른 안전 위배( Foreseeable Misuse, Functional insufficiencies), 외부의 공격으로부터 시스템 무력화(Attack/Vulnerabilities) 로부터 보호하기 위해 기능안전(ISO26262) 및 SOTIF, 사이버보안을 만족해야한다.

 

그 중에 E/E 시스템의 오류로 인한사고방지를 위해 ISO에서 제정한 자동차 기능안전국제규격인 ISO26262에 대해 알아보도록 한다.

기능안전은 법적인 구속력이 없다. the state-of-the-art(최신 기술 집합) 컨셉으로 그래도 우리는 이정도 했다!라는 입증자료로 사용한다

 

● Scope of ISO26262

ISO26262 is intended to be applied to safety-related systems that include one or more electrical and/or electronic(E/E) systems and that are installed in series production road vehicles.

 

ISO 26262 addresses possible hazards caused by malfunctioning behavior of safety-related E/E systems, including interaction of these systems.

ISO26262 does not address hazards related to electric shock, fire, smoke, heat, radiation, toxicity, flammability, reactivity, corrosion, release of energy and similar hazards, unless directly caused by malfunctioning behavior of safety-related E/E systems.

 

●The Purpose of functional safety(Risk based approach)

to reduce the risk to a socially acceptable level.

 

Safety: absence of unreasonable risk

Risk: combination of the probability of occurrence of harm and the severity of that harm

(Risk=Severity of harmful event x Probability of occurrence)

Harm: physical injury or damage to the health of persons
